... on the ski slopes, that is! after santiago this wednesday, we´ll be heading to the chilean lake district at Pucon for a bit of skiing on the chilean side, then over the border for a bit more of the same on the argentinean!
this morning louise and i became gourmet Chilean chefs, at Cafe Vinilio - i know it seems like we do nothing but eat on this trip, but it´s not entirely true! anyway, this morning, we made Pebre, a spicy salsa served on hot doughy bread as starter, Ceviche (amazing, even if i do say so myself!), Chiquaricon, a Spanish-Mapucha fusion stew, a black olive and praline mousse for dessert, and pisco sours! ... volunteers welcome to try when i get home!
